Stefan Doering, an adjunct professor at SUNY Stony Brook’s College of Business since 2013, has been innovating in business and sustainability since 1987.

Key Business Accomplishments:
 Started, ran and funded 7 companies in the past 31 years, having raised over $5MM
 Coaching a variety of businesses with programs having reached over 3,000 business innovators in 13 countries since 2003
 Developed green intrapreneurship strategy for General Motors that was included in their final bailout plan presented to Congress in December, 2008
 Taught landmark courses on green entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship at Columbia University’s Center for Environmental Research and Conservation 2007 – 2011
 Taught Clean Tech entrepreneur courses at the Industrial and Technology Assistance Corporation (ITAC), a leading non-profit in NYC for small business development
 Entrepreneur In Residence for NYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority), coaching clean tech companies to scale up in New York
 Mentor, advisor and contest judge for students at Columbia Business School’s Eugene Lang Entrepreneur Center
 Pioneered green retailing in the 1990’s, growing Earth General to one of the largest green retailers in the US at that time, with 3,500+ different products screened for their environmental impact

Paul Ghiz is a humble innovative entrepreneur and software executive who passionately helps organizations deliver on mission with high social impact. He enjoys accelerating brands and revenue through innovation, progressive digital strategies and user experiences.

As President & Chief Innovation Officer of Global Cloud, Paul leads the vision and growth of the company he founded in 1997. He harnesses hearts and minds to improve lives through technology and digital marketing.

Today, his company's enterprise peer-to-peer fundraising platform, DonorDrive, unleashes the power of connected people to do good for the world's leading causes and corporations.
Komal MagsiDr. Komal Magsi

Dr. Komal Magsi is a Professor in the Department of Technology & Society where she teaches human centered design as it relates to developing innovation solutions for impoverished communities - with a special focus on improving access to clean drinking water and renewable energy.

Previously, she has worked as a Material Scientist for Idalia Solar Technologies. Her PhD thesis presents a novel method to capture energy from natural photosynthetic organisms for use in photovoltaic cells. She has also worked for Stanford d.school, Peace Corps and The Documentary Group - Girl Rising.
