AfterViolet Challenges MBA Imagination

AfterViolet is an innovation consulting firm is fortune 100 firms. Founders Joe Kavanagh and Janet Planet visited the Innovation Center on October 29. They led a faculty discussion on mutual faculty research interests and projects they had with clients. They also presented an overview of their approach to innovation a combined MBA classes of Tech Innovation and Leadership. With standing room only in the Innovation Lounge they contrasted corporate vs. entrepreneurial innovation. The former requires organizational unfreezing and change, and the latter moves quickly without many resources.
