Finance leads to Innovation
Gerrit Wolf
posted on November 11, 2013 15:09
Finance Professor Sergio Focardi led the second faculty seminar in Innovation on November 6. Looking at the broad sweep across Europe and the U.S, he sees that innovative finance that focused on risk the last decades will turn to traditional finance of investment in local business growth. As the developing countries catch up, outsourcing levels off and investment money searches for local and regional opportunities. These will be found he says in new applications of visualization. His paper can be found here.
